Our History
R. E. Phelon Company started in the aluminum die-cast business in 1979 to better support the needs of our lawn and garden customers by manufacturing the aluminum flywheels used as part of the ignition system. Over the years, we have expanded our high pressure die cast capacity and capabilities, developed additional value-added machining capabilities, and entered new industrial market segments. Today, we provide high-quality, cost-effective castings to customers in the lawn and garden, power generation, commercial lighting, appliance, and industrial markets.
Our Full Service Die Cast Facility
We are a full service die-cast facility. Our tool and die shop is equipped with state of the art equipment that allows us to perform on-site die repair and maintenance. Our process engineers and maintenance staff ensure that our die-cast machines, ranging from 600T to 1400T, are running at maximum efficiency. Our secondary operations capabilities provide our customers with a wide range of competitive value-added services.
